1. Mine Hoisting Winch
The mine hoist, also known as the "mining hoist," is a lifting machine installed underground, using steel cables to drive the movement of lifting containers. It is categorized into two types: winding-type hoists and friction-type hoists.
2. Mine Hoisting Machines
Mining winches, often referred to as "hoists," are equipment used in mines to achieve operational goals by pulling loads with steel cables. These include lifting and transporting winches, dispatching winches, and endless-rope winches, among others.
Downhole lifting and hoisting winches commonly used in mines are categorized by drum diameter into sizes such as 0.8 meters, 1.2 meters, and 1.6 meters; by the number of drums, they include single-drum and double-drum winches; by their transmission method, they are available as gear-driven and hydraulic winches; and by explosion-proof capability, they are divided into explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof models—though explosion-proof winches are primarily used in coal mine underground operations.
A dispatch winch is a type of winch used to move vehicles, and it can also be employed as auxiliary transportation in inclined shafts. Dispatch winches typically utilize internal meshing cylindrical gears and planetary gear systems, which is why they are often referred to as internal-gear planetary transmission winches.
