Product Overview

　　The spindle assembly consists of components such as the spindle, drum, brake disc, rope-adjusting clutch, hub, bearings, bearing housing, bronze bushings, and plastic liners.

　　1. The reel is designed using the finite element method, featuring a thick-shell, thin-support structure. Additionally, the reel can be manufactured in a split-type design according to customer requirements.

　　2. The bearings used are self-aligning roller bearings, lubricated with grease. Each bearing housing is equipped with a PT100 temperature-sensing platinum resistance thermometer, which is connected to the electrical control system. If the bearing temperature exceeds the permissible operating limit, an alarm signal will be triggered. If the temperature surpasses the maximum allowable value, the system will lock out the next lifting cycle after completing the current one. A fault indicator light should also be provided on the driver’s main control console. Additionally, each bearing housing features an oiling port on its top cover, allowing for regular manual lubrication of the bearings using a hand-operated grease pump.

　　3. When leaving the factory, the drum can be equipped with a liner that already features pre-machined spiral rope grooves, ensuring neat wire rope arrangement, smooth operation, and extended service life for the steel cables.

　　4. The spindle is a critical component of the elevator, fabricated from high-quality 45# carbon steel through forging to enhance its strength—particularly its fatigue resistance—and wear resistance.
