The main functions of the hydraulic station:

　　1. It can supply pressurized oil at different pressure levels to the disc brake, enabling adjustment of the braking torque.

　　2. In the event of an emergency, the brake's oil pressure can be rapidly reduced to a pre-selected set value P1, and after a delay, the entire oil pressure in the brake system is instantly returned to zero, fully engaging the brake.

　　3. The hydraulic station supplies the pressure oil required by the rope-adjusting hydraulic cylinder of the single-rope, double-drum hoist.

Hydraulic Station Models and Features:

　　1. The explosion-proof hydraulic station is designed for use in mines where the concentrations of methane, coal dust, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, and other hazardous substances in the surrounding air do not exceed the safety limits specified in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations."
