Product Performance

　　1. The high-voltage frequency converter features components rated for heavy overload conditions, offering a high overload capacity of 1.2x for 120 seconds and 1.6x for 20 seconds. Notably, it can deliver high torque even at low speeds, fully meeting the mine hoist’s requirements for starting torque.

　　2. The high-voltage frequency converter features a 100% power PWM rectifier active front end, ensuring the converter’s maximum regenerative power matches its maximum output power. Additionally, the system achieves a maximum braking torque equal to twice the motor’s rated torque. This capability allows for rapid braking of the winch when needed, significantly enhancing overall system reliability.

　　3. Utilizing advanced motor control algorithms, the system can accurately identify and track the motor speed within just one second. In the event of mechanical brake failure in the hoist, it swiftly detects the high-speed motor movement and immediately applies rapid, effective electrical braking—preventing the cage from violently impacting the derrick and thereby avoiding significant damage or loss.

Utilizing high-performance encoder-based closed-loop vector control technology, this system maximizes output torque, enabling low-speed, high-torque startup, rapid acceleration and deceleration, as well as precise and smooth speed control—ultimately enhancing the stability of equipment operation.

　　5. Standard-equipped encoder interface card featuring encoder signal loss detection. If the signal is lost, the card can reconstruct the signal and output a light or severe fault alarm, preventing unexpected shutdowns caused by overcurrent faults.

　　6. The power unit features a modular design, allowing individual modules to be easily interchangeable for simplified maintenance without disrupting equipment operation. Additionally, the power units are fully electrically isolated from the main control board via fiber-optic communication, ensuring robust immunity to interference.

　　7. User-friendly human-machine interface operating system, comprehensive fault detection circuitry that promptly displays accurate alarms, provides protection, and reliably records and saves fault information.

　　8. Equipped with remote monitoring and a remote diagnostic interface, it can connect to the internet, allowing authorized users to gain remote access for troubleshooting, modifying operating parameters, and more.
