JTPB (Flameproof) Mine-Use Hoisting Winch

When the main motor is started, the power is transmitted from the motor rotor to the high-speed shaft of the gearbox via an elastic coupling. After being reduced in speed by the gearbox, the motion is further transferred—through the gearbox’s driven shaft and a gear coupling—to the main shaft assembly. By continuously reversing the motor’s direction, the drum can either wind or unwind the steel wire rope, enabling the hoisting container to perform periodic up-and-down reciprocating movements within the shaft.

Product Overview

Uses and application scope of the product

  The JTP and 2JTP series of mining hoists are primarily used in inclined roadways or small shafts of coal, metal, and non-metal mines for lifting materials or personnel.


Product Execution Standard

  The JTP and 2JTP series products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the industry standards JB/T7888-2010 "JTP-type Mine Hoist," Q/YX005-2020 "JTP-type Mine Hoist," as well as the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and GB16423-2020 "Safety Regulations for Metal and Non-Metallic Mines," and also following AQ1033-2007 "Safety Inspection Specifications for JTP-type Mine Hoists Used in Coal Mines."


Product Model Example

  Example 1: A single-drum, disc-brake mining hoist with a drum diameter of 1.2 m and a width of 1 m, featuring non-explosion-proof DC speed control, is designated by the product model: JTP-1.2X1Z.

  Example 2: The product model for a double-drum, disc-brake mining hoist featuring explosion-proof variable-frequency speed control, with a drum diameter of 1.6 m and a width of 0.9 m, is: 2JTPB-1.6X0.9P.
