JK-Type Single-Rope Winding Hoist

Uses and application scope of the product

　　The JK and 2JK series single-rope winding mine hoists are primarily used for lifting coal, materials, personnel, and lowering equipment—such as machinery—in vertical or inclined shafts of coal, metal, and non-metal mines. They can also be employed for other types of traction and transportation tasks.

　　The JK and 2JK series products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the industry standard AQ1035-2007, "Safety Inspection Specifications for Single-Rope Winding Mine Hoists Used in Coal Mines," the national standard GB/T20961-2018, "Single-Rope Winding Mine Hoists," as well as Q/YX006-2020, "Single-Rope Winding Mine Hoists," and the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and GB16423-2020, "Safety Regulations for Metal and Non-Metallic Mines."

　　Example 1: A mine hoist with a single-drum, simple rope-winding design, featuring a drum diameter of 3 m and a width of 2.2 m, equipped with non-smoke-sealing resistance-based speed control—its product model is: JK-3*2.2.

　　Example 2: A mine hoist featuring a double-winding, simple rope arrangement with explosion-proof variable-frequency speed control, having a drum diameter of 2 meters and a width of 1 meter, would be designated by the product model: 2JKB-2*1P.
